We based the group in a private chalet in Verbier with views, pool and spa, brought in a Spanish chef for breakfast, a Pata Negra slicing masterclass with cocktails, and a paella lunch cooked slowly on the terrace.
After a relaxed afternoon in the spa, a driver took everyone to Polaris for the night.
The following day was deliberately quiet, back at the chalet, with late breakfast, pool time and everything handled.
