Snow Tables

Snow Tables are winter at its wildest.

We carve tables and seating directly from snow and create private mountain experiences far from restaurants, terraces and the crowds.

Some guests arrive on skis. Others by snowshoe, helicopter, ski touring, dog sled or a winter walk. For some, the Snow Table is the destination. For others, it’s the highlight of a much bigger day in the mountains.

Food and drink are shaped around the experience. That might mean a warming alpine lunch with local wines, a healthy mountain picnic after a snowshoe tour, hot drinks and homemade treats during a corporate challenge, or a celebratory meal following a proposal or special occasion.

The setting is always the same: fresh air, beautiful views and a location chosen for the feeling it creates rather than what’s nearby.

They can be energetic, romantic, family-friendly, corporate or quietly luxurious, but they’re always memorable.

Some clients build their entire day around a Snow Table.

Le Pink Bouquetin is our alpine pop-up bar concept, inspired by long lunches, good company and the joy of gathering outdoors.

Built around rosé, bubbles, local wines and our signature pink spritz cocktails and mocktails, it brings a playful touch to apéros, brunches, private parties, weddings and corporate events.

Every event starts with a design and coordination fee.

This covers planning, logistics, supplier management, styling, location research and the work required to bring everything together.

Food, drinks, photographers, flowers, entertainment, staffing, permits and any additional services are priced separately and transparently.

No hidden surprises.
