Design & curation fee
All projects begin with a design and curation fee. This covers the thinking, judgement and feasibility work required to shape a day properly – structure, access, pacing, people and alternatives. This fee is paid upfront before any proposals, itineraries or quotes are prepared. This isn’t about trust – it’s about efficiency. A paid fee creates clarity on both sides and leads to better, faster decision‑making.
Organisation & on‑the‑day management
Once a design is agreed, we take responsibility for coordinating suppliers, logistics, timing and adjustments when conditions change.
Third‑party costs
Third‑party services – guides, flights, food, venues, accommodation – are charged separately and transparently.
