1. Scope of Services

Above & Beyond Swiss designs and organises private and corporate alpine days and multi‑day programmes.
Services are agreed on a case‑by‑case basis.

2. Design Fee & Proposals

All projects begin with an initial design and curation fee.

• No proposals, itineraries or quotes are prepared without this fee being agreed and paid.
• The design fee covers professional time, judgement and planning, whether or not a project proceeds.
• Design fees are non‑refundable.

3. Quotes & Estimates

Any costs provided after the design phase are estimates only.
Final costs may vary due to conditions, availability, safety or client‑requested changes.

4. Third‑Party Providers

Third‑party services are subject to their own terms and conditions.
Above & Beyond Swiss is not responsible for changes or cancellations imposed by third‑party providers.

5. Payments

• Design fees are payable in advance.
• Organisation and third‑party costs are invoiced according to the agreed schedule.
• Payment deadlines must be met to secure bookings and access.

6. Cancellations & Changes

Client‑initiated changes or cancellations may result in the loss of design fees and/or third‑party costs.
Weather‑ and safety‑related changes are handled case‑by‑case using professional judgement.

7. Safety

Mountain activities involve inherent risk.
Clients must disclose relevant health or experience considerations.
Safety‑related decisions are final.

8. Liability

Above & Beyond Swiss acts as a designer and organiser.
Liability for third‑party services rests with the provider, except where required by law.

9. Privacy & Discretion

Client information is treated as confidential and used only for the purposes of delivering agreed services.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law.
