Above & Beyond Swiss is officially licensed under the Valais hospitality law (LHR), allowing us to provide in-house catering, event catering and curated food and beverage experiences throughout the Val de Bagnes and Valais.
From snow tables and peak picnics to corporate events and private celebrations, we design and deliver the experience ourselves.
Restaurant reservations, chalet support, private chefs, ski instructors, childcare and in-resort assistance are handled by our dedicated concierge team.
Snow Tables are winter at its wildest: a private dining experience in the mountains, far from restaurants, terraces and the usual crowds. Think warm dishes, proper wine service, a chef cooking in the snow, and some of the most spectacular views in Verbier and Valais.
They take planning, access, timing and the right conditions. When everything comes together, they feel outrageous in the best possible way.
Peak Picnics are the all-season version. Reached on foot, by ski, snowshoe, e-bike, paraglide or other suitable access, they are designed for people who want to celebrate outdoors. Set among alpine meadows, forests, vineyards and ridgelines, they combine local produce, Valais wines, beautiful scenery and a setup tailored to the occasion, whether that’s a romantic lunch for two, a family gathering, a birthday or a corporate event.
We also create vineyard picnics and proposal experiences among the vines of Valais, working with local growers, winemakers and producers we know personally. A different kind of altitude, and a different side of the Alps.

Back then, experiences were all about access, adventure and discovering remote corners of the Alps. Helicopters, paragliding, glacier landings and snow dining all played a role.
Over time, the focus evolved.
Today, we still create extraordinary experiences, but with a deeper connection to the region we call home. Snow tables featuring local ingredients. Vineyard picnics among Valais wines. Hidden locations chosen not for spectacle, but because they’re genuinely special.
We’re now based in Bruson and work throughout Verbier and Valais, creating memorable experiences for private clients, families and companies alike.
